  • In-Depth Interviews

    Employ-R Solutions, Inc. meets all of their candidates face-to-face after they pass a thorough phone screen. We identify technical skills, review work history, and gather information in a variety of soft skills including: communication, punctuality, adaptability, professional presence, responsiveness, time management, personality, and the ability to handle stress.

  • Reference Checks & Education Verification

    We will conduct at least three professional references on each candidate and verify an education or certifications a candidate may have.

  • Post-Placement Follow-Up and Evaluation

    Our communication with candidates continues once they are on an assignment. We continue assisting them throughout the entire length of the engagement.

  • Regular Site Visits

    Our Sr. Account Executives make site visits to enhance performance management.

  • 24/7 Client & Candidate Support

    Employ-R Solutions, Inc. continues working after standard business hours and weekends. We make ourselves available and accessible to candidates and clients via cell phone or email at any time.
