Employ-R Solutions opened its doors on October 1, 2008. While the company is relatively new, the members of the organization are not. Each of them individually brings more than 15 years of recruiting experience and has provided services in multiple industries including technology, manufacturing, legal, non-profit, and finance. We are a certified woman owned Washington, DC Metropolitan-based professional staffing firm servicing the private and public sectors. Employ-R Solutions assists a variety of businesses with identifying and hiring key personnel for any level position on a permanent or temporary basis.

  • In-Depth Interviews
    Employ-R meets all of their candidates face-to-face after they pass a thorough phone screening. We identify technical skills, review work history, and gather information in a variety of soft skills including: communication, punctuality, adaptability, professional presence, responsiveness, time management, personality, and the ability to handle stress.
  • Reference Checks & Education Verification
    Employ-R will conduct at least three professional references on each candidate and verify an education or certifications a candidate may have.
  • Post-Placement Follow-Up and Evaluation
    Our communication with candidates does not stop once they are on an assignment. We continue assisting them throughout the entire length of the engagement.
  • Regular Site Visits
    Employ-R will also make site visits to enhance performance management.

Meet the Team

Jasmin Moser
President and CEO

As the founder of Employ-R Solutions, Inc, Jasmin Moser brings a background that combines extensive experience in both business development and staffing which has helped to make this company unique in its approach to recruiting. After graduating with a BA in Business from Rider University, Jasmin began a career in sales in Manhattan where she was introduced to the importance of creating sustainable business connections which has translated into a placement and retention rate of almost 100% at Employ-R. After relocating to the DC area, Jasmin pursued her passion for building relationships when entering into the staffing industry. She worked with great success to develop the branches of larger staffing firms as well as guiding the growth of smaller start-up firms which specialized in recruitment for information technology, finance and accounting, administrative, and human resource positions. In October 2008, Jasmin used her diversity of experience and skill for creating opportunities to found Employ-R with the goal of becoming an asset and a resource for its partners by working as an extension to its clients’ recruiting efforts.

As the head of recruitment, Joanne Burt has brought a wealth of staffing and business knowledge to Employ-R Solutions, Inc. Her entrepreneurial background began after graduating from the University of Maryland with a BS in Finance when she started a newspaper which advertized the value and services of businesses to their potential clients. After developing several businesses in Delaware and DC, Joanne started her career in the staffing industry in 1997. At the cusp of a new field, she recruited specifically for information technology positions, and based on her track record of success, Joanne was able to build client relationships which have lasted into the present. With the aspiration of continuing to create partnerships, Joanne joined Employ-R in 2009. This team has served to augment her proven ability to work with companies searching for employees and help job searchers to identify the right environment for their skills and personalities.
