Each of them individually brings more than 15 years of recruiting experience and has provided services in multiple industries including technology, manufacturing, legal, non-profit, and finance. We are a certified woman owned Washington, DC Metropolitan-based professional staffing firm servicing the private and public sectors. Employ-R meets all of their candidates face-to-face after they pass a thorough phone screening. We identify technical skills, review work history, and gather information in a variety of soft skills including: communication, punctuality, adaptability, professional presence, responsiveness, time management, personality, and the ability to handle stress.
- Reference Checks & Education Verification
Employ-R will conduct at least three professional references on each candidate and verify an education or certifications a candidate may have.

Meet the Team
President and CEO
As the founder of Employ-R Solutions, Inc, Jasmin Moser brings a background that combines extensive experience in both business development and staffing which has helped to make this company unique in its approach to recruiting. After graduating with a BA in Business from Rider University, Jasmin began a career in sales in Manhattan where she was introduced to the importance of creating sustainable business connections which has translated into a placement and retention rate of almost 100% at Employ-R. After relocating to the DC area, Jasmin pursued her passion for building relationships when entering into the staffing industry. She worked with great success to develop the branches of larger staffing firms as well as guiding the growth of smaller start-up firms which specialized in recruitment for information technology, finance and accounting, administrative, and human resource positions. In October 2008, Jasmin used her diversity of experience and skill for creating opportunities to found Employ-R with the goal of becoming an asset and a resource for its partners by working as an extension to its clients’ recruiting efforts.
Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development, Lauren Burke brings a background that combines strategic business planning with innovative marketing and sales strategies. After graduating from Georgia State University with a BS degree in Psychology and Biology and a minor in Sociology, she began her career as a manager in market research doing qualitative and quantitative analysis. This was a dynamic and intriguing career that led to recurring business successes with Fortune 100 & 500 clients. While still in Atlanta, Lauren shifted gears to recruiting, where she successfully placed C-level officers on a retained and contingent basis. In the fall of 2010, she decided to relocate to the DC metro area and work for a Fortune 500 staffing and recruiting firm. She quickly gained traction and early wins there, which led to a very visible promotion within the company. During the next 18 months, she grew a full-time, executive consulting practice that consisted of full-time employees receiving Fortune 500 benefits. This practice quickly expanded to become the #1 office in the Mid-Atlantic and a Top 5 office nationally in 2012. Recently joining Employ-r Solutions, Inc., Lauren plans to leverage her diverse background to continue building and growing the current business development team and help the organization reach new heights.
